Maryland: BC/BE Pediatrician (primary care) 

Wonder Years Pediatrics, a growing physician-owned private practice in Rockville, MD, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible pediatrician to join our team. Our practice provides compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population from newborns through young adults (up to age 21) in a fun, inclusive culture with themed days and strong team support. Position highlights include a 4-day work week, no hospital responsibilities, shared phone call only, and a mix of in-person and telehealth visits. Compensation: $190,000–$220,000 base salary + performance bonus, with health and dental insurance, 401(k), generous PTO, CME support, and malpractice coverage.
