Mission
The Inclusion-Diversity Anti-Racism & Equity (I-DARE) Committee’s mission is to promote antiracism, equity, culturally and linguistically relevant, and inclusive pediatric health policies and practice in Maryland.
Vision
All Maryland children, youth, and families will receive culturally competent quality pediatric care, regardless of (but not limited to) their color, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, language, immigration, socioeconomic, or ability status.
